HOLIDAY LET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN TENERIFE

At Island Luxury Rentals ,as property managers we handle the day-to-day operations of a short-term Holiday rental, including creating and optimizing listings, managing dynamic pricing, coordinating guest communication and bookings, arranging professional cleaning and maintenance including garden and pools, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, and providing financial reporting to the property owner. Our goal is to maximize the owner’s rental income and ensure a positive guest experience while relieving the owner of these time-consuming tasks. We are based in Costa Adeje in Tenerife South so are always hands on with our clients.

WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF

Marketing & Listings: Create and optimize property listings on Airbnb and other booking platforms to attract more guests and
maximize exposure.

Dynamic Pricing: We use pricing tools and strategies to set competitive nightly rates, adjusting them daily based on demand,
seasonality, and local events to maximize revenue.

Guest Management: This includes handling all guest inquiries, managing bookings and reservations, and communicating with
guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.

Logistics & Operations: We coordinate guest check-ins and checkouts, arrange for professional cleaning between guests, and handle
any maintenance issues that arise to keep the property in excellent condition.

Reputation Management: Managers respond to guest reviews to maintain a positive online reputation and gather feedback for service
improvements.

On-site Services: We handle key exchanges, greet guests, offer property tours, and address last-minute questions or emergencies
that mayoccur during a stay.

Legality: Help with making sure all paperwork is correct under the Spanish Law and ensuring all passport or ID information from all
guests from each booking is uploaded to the authorities in compliance with Spanish regulations.

Fees and Payments: Owners will be paid a day after the client arrives in full. An invoice will be sent to the owner at the end of every month
