If you're looking for a vacation rental, you've come to the right place! Our FAQ page will answer all of your questions about renting a vacation property.

Choose the dates you require to see what properties we have available. Once you have found one you like and are happy with the price please complete the booking reservation form and one of our team will be in contact to ask for a deposit payment of 20% to secure your booking.

We are in contact with all of our clients before arrival. We take note of your flight number and arrival time, to allow us to know if there are any delays. We will also send you a welcome message with all the information about your Villa or apartment and the full address. We have key boxes outside all of our properties so you can access with a code. This will be sent to you before your arrival. If you have any problems or need further assistance, one of our team members will be on hand 24 hours to assist. The best way of ensuring a smooth check in, is to book our transfer service. Our drivers will be waiting for you at the airport, which means no waiting in long queues and they also know the location of all our
properties.

As with any private rental companies, all of our clients are required to take out their own holiday insurance, incase of any flight cancellation, medical assistance or any other unexpected events that may arise during your stay in Tenerife.
